Bk33bet (hereinafter referred to as "we", "the Platform", or "the Company") operates an international-standard online Sports Betting and gaming platform for users in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and bk33bet.

Definitions of key terms used in this document:

• "Member" or "User" refers to any individual registered on bk33bet.
• "Platform" refers to the bk33bet website, mobile app, and all associated services.
• "Bet" refers to the act of placing money on any sports event or game.
• "Balance" refers to the total funds held in your bk33bet account.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional credit awarded by bk33bet.

These terms should be read together with bk33bet's Privacy Policy and Responsible Betting Policy.

To register an account with bk33bet, you must provide accurate and complete information. Opening an account with false details or withholding information is prohibited and may result in account closure.

• Each individual is only One Account Only one account may be opened. Creating multiple accounts from the same individual, household, or device is strictly prohibited.
• Your account password must be kept strictly confidential. You are responsible for any activity carried out by anyone else who accesses your account.
• Transferring or selling your account credentials is strictly prohibited.
• The phone number and email address provided at registration must be verified.

The following eligibility criteria must be met in order to use bk33bet's services:

• You must be at least 18 years You must be of legal age. Account registration by minors is strictly prohibited.
• You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
• You may not use the service from any country or region where online betting is strictly prohibited.
• Professional players, coaches, or match officials may not place bets on events in which they are involved.

All financial transactions on bk33bet are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). We support transactions via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.

Deposit Rules:

• Minimum deposit amount is ৳500.
• Only use payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from another person's account are strictly prohibited.
• Deposits are typically credited to your account within 2–5 minutes.
• If a deposit does not arrive, please contact support with your transaction ID.

Withdrawal Rules:

• KYC verification must be completed prior to making a withdrawal.
• Minimum withdrawal is ৳500.
• Withdrawals may only be made via the same method used for the original deposit.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 15–30 minutes. In complex cases, it may take up to 24 hours.
• If bk33bet suspects fraudulent activity, withdrawals may be delayed pending verification.

Bk33bet offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus comes with specific terms and conditions, and any winnings from a bonus cannot be withdrawn unless those conditions are met.

• Bonuses are only applicable to the account holder in whose name the account is registered. Bonuses are non-transferable.
• Only one bonus can be active at a time. Any active bonus must be completed or cancelled before a new one can be claimed.
• The minimum odds for meeting wagering requirements are generally set at 1.50. This may vary for specific bonuses.
• Bk33bet reserves the right to modify, restrict, or cancel any bonus offer at its discretion.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses through fraudulent means will result in account closure.

The following rules must be followed when placing bets on bk33bet:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Bk33bet reserves the right to void any bet placed as a result of an odds error.
• Any bet placed on an event suspected of match manipulation or fixing may be voided.
• Bk33bet is not responsible for bets lost due to internet disconnection during live betting.
• Arbitrage betting — exploiting opposing bets on the same event for guaranteed profit — is strictly prohibited.

Bk33bet offers betting on more than 30 sports, including cricket, football, tennis, and kabaddi. Each sport may have its own specific betting rules, which are detailed in the relevant section.

Bk33bet reserves the right to verify the identity of all members. This is required to prevent money laundering and ensure the security of the platform.

• KYC verification must be completed before making a withdrawal. Required documents: National ID or passport, and proof of address.
• All uploaded documents are kept strictly confidential and used solely for verification purposes.
• Bk33bet may request additional verification if suspicious activity is detected.
• All data is secured using SSL 256-bit encryption.

Bk33bet is committed to responsible betting. Betting should be a form of entertainment — not a source of income. We offer members the following tools:

• Deposit Limits: You can set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits at any time.
• Self-Exclusion: You can self-exclude from the platform for a specified period.
• Cooling-Off Period: Option to temporarily lock your account for a break.
• Reality check: You can set reminders for how long you've been playing.

Bk33bet reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any member's account for the following reasons:

• Managing multiple accounts.
• Registering with false or incomplete information.
• Bonus system abuse or bonus fraud.
• Arbitrage betting or system manipulation.
• Hacking or use of any unauthorised technology.
• Being a minor.
• Failure to cooperate with KYC verification.

You may close your account voluntarily at any time. To request account closure, please contact our support team.

If you have a dispute or complaint, please raise it with our support team in the first instance. We will endeavour to provide an initial response within 48 hours.

• Dispute submission deadline: within 30 days of the relevant incident.
• In betting-related disputes, the records in bk33bet's system shall be considered final and conclusive.
• Disputes will be resolved through mutual mediation agreed upon by both parties.

Bk33bet is not liable for the following:

• Losses incurred due to internet connectivity issues during betting.
• Delays caused by third-party payment service providers.
• If account credentials are compromised due to the member's own negligence.
• Service disruptions caused by unexpected technical issues.
• Psychological harm arising from wins or losses in betting.

Nevertheless, bk33bet always strives to ensure the security and availability of the platform using the latest technology.

Bk33bet reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any significant changes via email or an on-platform notification.

• The effective date of any updated terms will be clearly stated.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes have taken effect will be deemed as your acceptance of the updated terms.
• If you do not agree with any changes, you may close your account.
